coming up with creative ways to combine paper and embroidery.
Years ago my sister-in-law Naomi introduced me to scrapbooking,
and I’ve been making memory pages ever since. I discovered
it was easy to add embroidered elements as accents and focal points.
(Who doesn’t have an endless supply of stitch-outs?) One
thing led to another (like always) and, in an “a-ha!”
moment, I realized I could actually embroider on paper by machine.
It didn’t take long to move on from scrapbook pages to making
myriad other paper projects.
