I hate to say it but I am very, very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer support on the sew.tv website. My husband tried to get me a subscription for Christmas so I could watch all of the Sew It All episodes, but we haven’t been able to create an account for more than 2 weeks now. I’ve emailed multiple times, tried to call (no actual phone number, and the phone # for Sew It All won’t support the service site to watch the Sew It All videos). I can’t even get a response to refund our money, where I would have reordered under my own name.

I expected more from this company for customer support.

  14. Marguerite J. says:

magazine. Your show was on in 2012-2013. What happen? Please help.
