I agree with the other comments regarding the pillow wraps. I have just recently purchased a subscription. I don't know why we need to go to website when info should have been in the magazine. And then to go to the website and not even be able to read the instructions is absurd. Will need to rethink my purchases in the future.

In the current issue of the magazine, it provides a link to this page to get the directions for a pillow wrap. First, even enlarging the size of the font has words that are not very distinct. Looks like a photocopy of a page in a book. Readable but barely. Secondly you don't allow us to download the directions as a PDF file. Why even bother to mention this article in our subscription magazine if you don't plan to allow us to download the directions. ery disappointing. Frankly the pillow wraps should have been in the magazine instead of having us looking for it on your site. I guess it is a ploy to get people to go to your site.
