Why cant I download the designs ? I go thru this every time . I am missing out some really nice designs. It is sew frustrating .

Can't find any instructions for the pillow other than what is in the magazine. PLEASE HELP!!

Ok sorry, I was able to download the tow truck in ART file, but not the actual pillow. No ART file for the in-the-hoop pillow. Hopefully you can add this file, as the tow truck isn't useful without the pillow. thanks

Every time I try to download the free designs from my magazine, I never find any art files. why? I'm sure I am not the only Bernina owner. Please fix this. I really would love this design, thanks

I have a brother sewing machine and I use embird to open the files but the tow truckcame out as a picture and not an embroidery design. Please tell me how I can download it to sew.
