Figured out problem with designs Nov-Dec issue

I had to go in and extract files then delete original downloaded files and the snowflake file had to delete PDF files also I can now open them in my designers gallery. Thanks kelsey

i to Im having aproblem down loading the snow flake designs and the the ornament set the snowflake designs locked up my computer thank you kelsey
